Originating from South America, professionally acclaimed violinist Frederic Ayala has a long record of impressive credits as a versatile performer and emerging artist that have carried him
to a great many performances in the United States as well as abroad. In just the last decade, he has been serving as dual Concertmaster for both the Durham Savoyards Opera Company as well as the North Carolina Bach Festival. His interests and commitments to other forms of artistic expression have led him to several varied notable outlets including several seasons as a
musician-in-residence with the American Dance Festival. Additionally, throughout his career, he has spent many years serving on the faculty of Duke University teaching violin and chamber music to graduate, undergraduate, and pre-collegiate students of all ages and experience levels. Frederic is a scholarship graduate of the UNC School of the Arts (B.Mus in Violin Performance) in Winston-Salem, NC and has over 15 years of professional teaching experience at the disposal of the prospective student. Regardless of experience level & accomplishment, Frederic is willing and able to help any student realize whatever goal or achievement they have set for themselves.
